Children of the Night

You who dance with a stranger’s hand,
Who whisper with the echoes of a chained controlled memory
Who scream with the walled passion of a fading, riddled dream
You who is forgotten by those who is supposed to love, cherish and hold you,
Who is attacked by those who pretend to protect, love, care and cherish you,
whether mental or physical.
You whose lips often talk in language that only psycho dreamer wish to understand,
and fellow prisoners do understand.
You whose world is darkened by the shadows of a stranger’s footstep,
who’s air is scented by rabid sweat and injection of desperate ego that tear at the
dreams of those worriers who pretend for their next meal and/or a roof over
your young tear stained eyes for at least one more cold, dark, ghostly night.

You giggle, joke, dance.
Then scream at fates guidance that echoes under your panted breath to which you cry:
WHY WHY WHY WHY. .. ????!!

Dear child, innocent of lost wonders,
Street wise with voices silenced by that everyday traffic of everyday struggles and nightmares,
Dreams torn, raped by those finger tips of lives unforgettable chains.
You scream beyond the voice of Devil and child,
and cry in the lap of childish need.
Your scream are being heard.
Your dreams can be fulfilled.
Your tears can be full of golden skies and laughter of reality.
Believe in your worth and your POWER.
And don’t die to those sickles of misguiding hands
that places each brick around your silent, screaming soul.
Just to make a fast, easy buck!

Children of a forgotten night,
Who’s lost in discarded documents of polite society
And whose eyes are ignored away by those who do not wish to see.
Who’s old and wise before they are able to become children
And enjoy the normality of being a young playful child.

Remember: YOU DID NOTHING WRONG!
Remember: YOU ARE REAL AND POWERFUL!
And remember, you are still a child.
